Journal #7 - Her Love

Derrick took her hand in his and said “I’m falling for you" his heart sending electrical shocks throughout his body. Carolyne's heart ached from guilt but she didn't want to blow her cover. She smiled, not wanting to tell him the truth "I like you as well" is all she managed to mutter out. They both continued to stare at the sky, her mind on the guy who stole her heart a year ago. “I love you” Derrick confessed, he didn't want to scare her away, but he couldn't hold back his feelings anymore. Carolyne smiled "I love you to Greg".
